Who Controls Your Information

Armin Nabizadeh, operating as Fitstronomy, is the controller of information collected through this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the website contact form.

Information Collected

Why Information Is Used

Contact and application information is used to answer enquiries, review general coaching suitability, recommend a service, and take steps requested before a coaching agreement.

This website does not collect diagnoses, injury details, medication information, or PAR-Q answers. A separate safety screening must be completed before coaching begins. Do not enter health information in free-text fields on this website.

Form Delivery And International Processing

Forms are delivered using Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative. Form contents are processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to the coach's email inbox. Web3Forms states that it does not store form submissions, that security logs containing personal information are deleted periodically, currently every two months, and that its servers are in the US-East region. Its operator is based in India.

Submitting a form can therefore involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Web3Forms' public documentation does not currently identify the specific contractual transfer mechanism used for this service. For that reason, the website forms are not used to collect detailed health information. Review the Web3Forms privacy and GDPR information before submitting.

Do not submit medical records, diagnoses beyond what is needed for screening, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Other Service Providers

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive ordinary request information such as an IP address and browser headers. If a visitor allows analytics cookies, the website also loads Google Analytics to measure page visits, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions with the website. Advertising storage and personalization signals are disabled.

Retention

These periods apply to copies controlled by Fitstronomy, including copies in the receiving email inbox. Deletion from service-provider backups may follow the provider's own backup cycle.

Your Rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your information, and may object to certain processing by contacting Fitstronomy through the website.

You may also lodge a complaint with Finland's Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

Cookies And Browser Storage

Google Analytics is disabled by default and loads only after a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” When allowed, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visitors and sessions. Choosing “Reject” prevents the Google Analytics script from loading.

The analytics choice is stored in local browser storage so the website can remember it. Temporary session storage also records whether the introductory animation has already played and is normally cleared when the browsing session ends.

You can withdraw or change analytics consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this website.

Policy Changes

This policy may be updated when the website, coaching process, or service providers change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
